Every GM in the NFL saw TJ being released. If they didn't, they should be fired. I would about lay money on Sproles not resigning in SD. He just isn't an every down back. A great game changer, but not worth another franchise tag making him one of the top 3 RBs in the league pay wise, so SD had to let him go. I kind of expect Washington to make a run at him, but the odds of him landing back in SD is 50-50 at best. Smith the GM in SD is a tightwad, and he will try to get TJ cheaper if possible, trade for a RB for less money and of course they are going to draft a RB to replenish their depth.
